Use Real-Time Statistics (RTS) to monitor over 25 campaign and agent-level statistics in real time. RTS, which runs through a web browser, allows supervisors to:

  • View detailed agent and campaign statistics on every campaign running or on specific campaigns of interest
  • Customize templates with features such as unique colors, field positions, and grid options
  • Set thresholds to monitor and report when certain statistics reach predefined levels

RTS reads its statistics from the Liberation SQL Server database. This database is updated in real time by one of the TDI server components (Transaction server). The default setting for the interface update interval is 5 seconds, although this setting can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

Designed to maximize your ability to manage your business, the Liberation Platform includes an RTS module. The RTS module supports the new System Permissions feature:

  • Contact center supervisors can use the View Profile option to view agents, groups, and campaigns within their own reporting hierarchy
  • Executive and management users can use the View Level option to drill down through statistics displayed for their reporting structure to view important metrics at any organizational level
