  • Operational Training
TDI realizes that our customers often hire new employees who are given TDI system responsibility. Accordingly, TDI provides introductory system training for all customers covered by the Customer Service Agreement (CSA) at no charge.

  • Liberation Management Essentials
Taught on-site by the TDI Project Manager at the time of installation, this education service introduces supervisors to CampaignManager and the Supervisor and Agent Workstations features. Other instruction includes the introduction to import and export procedures, reports, the Real-Time Statistics (RTS) solution, agent management, and troubleshooting the system. This course is included at no additional cost with the purchase of your Liberation system.

  • Advanced Training Opportunities
After installation, most customers take advantage of TDI’s advanced training courses, which are held regularly at the TDI business office located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

    • Liberation Application Design
The Liberation Application Design course consists of two modules: Introduction to Scripting and Campaign Management.

Introduction to Scripting is a four-day course that teaches participants how to create simple agent guides (scripts). Upon completion of the course, participants can create a new script, edit the text of a script, save data to the inventory table, develop simple script navigation and logic, and much more.

Campaign Management is a one-day course that deals with advanced campaign management techniques, such as the use of filters and troubleshooting the CampaignManager Menu. This course is based on the assumption that the participant is using existing inventory table structures, imports, and reports. The participant should also be familiar with the Liberation Agent Workstation feature and Microsoft Windows.

    • Liberation Advanced Application Design and Integration
The Liberation Advanced Application Design and Integration course consists of two modules: Advanced Scripting and Application Set.

The intensive three-day Advanced Scripting course teaches participants how to create complex agent guides (scripts). Participants learn how to develop complex script logic, define and use data variables, and access external tables through queries.

The two-day Application Set course teaches participants how to create inventory record structures, edit screens, import and export routines, manage call record printout and summary reports, handle executable routines, and troubleshoot the SQL database. Prerequisites for this course include experience with Microsoft Access and SQL; a working knowledge of Liberation; completion of the Liberation Application Design course; and knowledge of existing Liberation inventory table structures, import procedures, and standard reports. Strong logic skills and programming experience are helpful, but not required.
