Central control for the entire system is a Windows XP Pro server (Windows 2003 Server is optional) which coordinates monitoring, logging, evaluation, archiving, and retrieval functions for all of your agents. Encore Response and Encore Audition add inbound and outbound voice applications for play back, live access, voice response, conferencing, and notification.
